Today I cut back my milkweed plant almost to the ground to save
monarch butterflies in my area. It was a hard decision but seemed
the most responsible thing to do as we have been experiencing a lot
of death among our monarch caterpillar and chrysalis
population.
Nature is changing dramatically right now. Climate change is
evident everywhere and it gets discouraging. But we aren't
powerless. We can help. I want to focus on that in coming episodes
of my podcast because climate change is the most important issue in
the world right now. We have to work together where we can make a
difference.
